About Our Camps
SUMMER CAMPUS LIFE
Berkshire Summer Programs offer numerous opportunities outside of the daily camp schedule, allowing for a balanced experience. Activities and events are designed to bring students together in small groups and as an entire community. Rovensky Student Center is Berkshire’s hub for student activities and hosts ping pong tables, foosball, a lounge area, and TVs. Berkshire has deep-rooted traditions that help define the Berkshire experience, including under the Mountain activities like hiking, challenge courses, and mountain biking. Berkshire Summer Programs fosters the same year-round philosophy that makes Berkshire so unique. Students do not simply uphold traditions and show up to events; instead, they build traditions and new programs, and as a result they are involved, invested, and connected.

Summer students at Berkshire enjoy living in a nurturing and safe environment. Dorm counselors take on a parent-like role, giving each dorm a true family feeling. From helping with project work, giving advice, to hosting activities, snacks, and movie nights in the common room, dorm counselors build strong relationships with our summer students.
