We look forward to celebrating the Class of 2018 with you at Berkshire School's 111th Commencement.
Online Registration: Please register and include the number of guests for Prize Night and Commencement by Wednesday, May 9, 2018.
PRIZE NIGHT: THURSDAY, MAY 24
Prize Night Parent Dinner, Benson Commons
Prize Night Ceremony, Jackman L. Stewart Athletic Center
Following the Prize Night Ceremony, parents and the Berkshire community are invited to enjoy dancing with the New York Players and dessert under the tent on Schappert Field.
COMMENCEMENT SPEAKER: KACEY BELLAMY '05
The 2018 commencement address will be given by alumna and three-time Olympic medalist Kacey Bellamy ’05, a member of the U.S. Women’s National Hockey Team who won gold in Pyeongchang, South Korea this February. Bellamy was a member of both the 2010 and 2014 Olympic silver medal-winning women's hockey teams and played professionally for the Boston Blades. She helped lead the fight for equality in women's sports as Team USA took on USA Hockey over fair pay and support in 2017.
COMMENCEMENT: FRIDAY, MAY 25
Commencement, Jackman L. Stewart Athletic Center
Parents should arrive by 10:30 a.m., and the ceremony usually takes about an hour and a half. Graduates and their guests are invited to a luncheon under the tent after commencement concludes. As space is limited, we ask that the total number of guests attending the luncheon not exceed eight.
Sixth formers and their families depart campus
Highpoint Pictures will be taking photos of sixth formers at Commencement. A picture of each graduate receiving his or her diploma, as well as each prize winner will be taken. In addition, Highpoint photographers will be available after the ceremony for photos of the graduate with families and friends.
Photographs are typically available within 2-3 weeks. To contact Highpoint Pictures with questions, please call (866) 738-5500 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For friends and family unable to join the graduates here on campus, both Prize Night and the Commencement ceremony will be streamed live at www.berkshireschool.org/webstream.
