Hockey - Boys Varsity vs. The Albany Academy

Event Type: Regular

Date: February 18, 2013

Score:3 - 0

Event Recap:

The Bears hosted Albany Academy this Monday in a makeup game from prior to Long Weekend. Berkshire was able to use the game to get back in the win column after losing for the first time since December on Saturday. It was a somewhat methodical game as Albany played well defensively to keep the contest close. Junior goaltender George Blinick stopped everything the Cadets threw his way to earn the shutout and the Bears rolled to a 3-0 victory. Craig Puffer had two goals on the day and Tipper Hiigins added one of his own on the power play. It was great to see the Bears get back to their winning ways. A busy week continues on Wed. on the road at Millbrook.
