Event Type: Regular

Date: April 6, 2013

Score:19 - 7

Event Recap:

Berkshire came into Saturday finishing up its third game of the week facing South Kent.  Berkshire got off to a fast start when defenseman Jack O’Donoghue picked up a ground ball off the opening face off and took it in for a goal.  From there Berkshire was able to exploit various match ups and cruised to a 19-7 victory.  Offensively, Berkshire was led by Sam Woodcock, Regan Haas, Michael Allen, and Sam Merritt but several others including Noah Arin, Robbie Fiamengo, Jimmy McKee, Andre Bogdanovics, John McAllister, George Fowlkes, and Ben Brigham made contributions.

Sam Hahn and Charlie Erdmann had a solid day facing off winning 16 of the 25 draws, O’Donoghue picked up 9 groundballs, and Tyler Behring and Dillon Cunningham held down the fort in between the pipes to all help out in the win.  With the win Berkshire moves to 2-2 on the season.
