Softball - Girls Varsity vs. Kent

Event Type: Regular

Date: May 3, 2014

Event Recap:
After a week and a half without a game due to some unfortunate New England weather, the Bears tacked on another win over the Lions of Kent.  Despite some mental lapses after the long break, Berkshire continued to look better as the game went on and the whole team seemed to be back on track by the end of the game.  Strong both offensively and defensively were Annie Love ’16 who went 3-5 with a double and two RBI and made some good plays at second base, and Cam Biasin ’14 who went 3-4 with two doubles and two RBI and made three catches in left field.  Jamie Ernst ’15 also had a key diving catch in center to stop a possible Kent rally in the sixth and Ivey Mueller ’16 doubled in the bottom of the third to start a four run inning for the Bears.
