Reunion Weekend 2014
To the classes of 4's and 9's, it's time to come back to the Mountain!
Reunion Weekend kicks off on Friday night with a "Taste of the Berkshires" dinner for all reunion classes. Saturday starts with a pancake breakfast at the Sugar House and offers a full schedule of events from hikes, athletic contests, campus tours, remarks from the Head of School and an opportunity to get back in the classroom. On Saturday evening there will be class cocktails at various locations and a dinner dance with live music under the tent.
The weekend is family-friendly, so bring the kids along! They are welcome at almost all meals, and we'll have childcare and programs for older children as well. Click here to learn more about our Kids' Clubs. It's sure to be a wonderful weekend in the Berkshires.
Reunion registration is necessary for the weekend, regardless of where you plan to stay. You must be logged into the Alumni Community to register for the weekend. Click here to register.
Accommodations: On Campus or Off
1. For those who wish to stay on-campus, dormitory housing will be available. Staying on campus epitomizes the back-to-school experience, putting you a short distance away from all reunion events. You can register for on-campus housing during the online Reunion Registration. Alumni wishing to stay on campus register as an individual and then list the family members with whom they would like to be housed.
On-campus housing is assigned by class and by alumni with families. Please remember that dormitories do not provide hotel amenities so you may want to bring along an alarm clock, an extra blanket and toiletries. Basic linens and towels will be provided. The cost for on-campus housing is an additional $60/person for the whole weekend.
Please note: due to the abundance of alumni requesting to stay on campus, space is limited.
2. If you would like off-campus accommodations, the following locations have blocks of rooms. When calling for reservations, be sure to mention Berkshire School to receive a special rate. Please make your reservations early, as most blocks expire on May 1st.
