Established in 2007, Berkshire Mountain Distillers (BMD) has created a line of award-winning artisanal spirits. All products are handcrafted in small batches in Great Barrington, Massachusetts at the Berkshire’s first legal distillery since prohibition. BMD have received numerous high accolades including Gold Medal Awards from the Beverage Tasting Institute and San Francisco Spirits Competition and national praise from publications like GQ, Details, The New York Times, Wine Enthusiast and Jim Murray’s Whiskey Bible. Enjoy a 7-day vacation any time between August 24th and September 30th (including Labor Day weekend) in a charming, family-friendly Cape Cod home. This 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath (plus outdoor shower) sleeps up to 8 people and is located in a small residential neighborhood at the start of Cape Cod National Seashore, 1.6 miles from Coast Guard Beach (recognized as one of America’s Top 10 Beaches!), 2 miles from Nauset Light Beach, 3 miles to shops and restaurants, and only 20 minutes from Provincetown. Originally constructed in 1946, the home has been entirely rebuilt and remodeled, carpentry courtesy of the owners, with central AC, gas appliances, American Hickory floors and an outdoor fire pit built from stones embedded in the original foundation. Surrounded by azaleas and rhododendrons, the property has a path to Schoolhouse Pond, good for fishing and swimming. Enjoy this Cape Cod gem and enjoy the beach!
