Athletic Team Coordinator Program
The Berkshire Athletic Parent Coordinator Program is under the umbrella of the Ambassador’s Program and part of the Berkshire Parent Program.
The goal of the program is to provide snacks and drinks to the athletes after their games and matches, as well as help to unify parents of athletes on a particular team.

Here’s what Berkshire Parents have to say about the Parent Coordinator Program:
“Having parent coordinators for all teams has been very meaningful for the students...and the parents.”
“It’s great when parents get together and share the excitement of the game. I got to know so many more people at Berkshire. Of course, the athletes love the food!”
“We also set up a dinner for the team and coaches at a home game. We got the room off the rink and parents baked, brought, drinks, food and all the trimmings. The boys, coaches and parents all enjoyed it very much. It is a great way for parents to meet and connect. I know I have always felt a little disconnected because we live far and don't have opportunity to meet anyone. This was great for the boys but also great for the parents.”
“In my experience where I was a Parent Coordinator it was great when parents come together and help in any way. The kids & Coach love having the unity, treats and team spirit.”
“Certainly one of the nicest parts of the coordinator position has been helping the coaches and connecting with them and also seeing the enjoyment of the team itself after the games.”
“The kids have been very appreciative and that's what this program is all about..."
“We are looking for parents who would be willing to volunteer to coordinate their student’s team to organize a snack table for home and away games or matches if possible. Please look below for an outline of the program."
