Squash - Boys Varsity
The Berkshire boys squash program is dedicated to developing and fostering college-ready players with our two competitive teams and nurturing a life-long love of the game with our thirds squad. Boys varsity competes against perennial powerhouses in New England along with participating in both US High School Nationals and the end of season NEISA tournament. Over the past decade, the boys have earned a spot in one of the top four divisions at Nationals and in 2018 captured the Division IV title. Players have also won numerous individual awards at the NEISA championships and, this year the team finished second out of sixteen teams for the Class B title.
Recent graduates have gone on to successful squash careers at Hobart, Franklin & Marshall, Bates, and St. Lawrence. The boys coaching staff works hard to instill strong fundamentals at the Junior Varsity level and continue to refine and expand players’ skills as they transition to the Varsity level. Both competitive squads emphasize team development and players work hard to challenge each other during practices.
