ACCOMMODATIONS
1. For those who wish to stay on-campus, dormitory housing will be available. Staying on campus epitomizes the back-to-school experience, putting you a short distance from all reunion events. You can register for on-campus housing during the online Reunion registration process. Alumni wishing to stay on campus may register as an individual and then list the family members with whom they would like to be housed. Requests to room with another classmate may be taken as well. On-campus housing is assigned by class and by alumni with families. Please remember that dormitories do not provide hotel amenities so you may want to bring along an alarm clock, an extra blanket and toiletries. Basic linens and towels will be provided.
Please note: Due to the abundance of alumni requesting to stay on campus, space is limited.
2. Should you wish to stay off-campus for the weekend please contact one of our recommended hotels or inns to make your reservation. Click here for a complete listing.
CHILDCARE
Reunion is a wonderful time to share your "under the Mountain" experience with the entire family, and encourage you to bring yours. Berkshire offers the chance to enjoy both your family and time with classmates with our two Kids' Clubs: the Cub Club for children 3 months – 6 years and our Bear Club for children 7 – 12 years. You must pre-register for the Kids' Club programs and may do so while registering for the weekend.
Our Kids’ Clubs coordinators have put together a terrific age-appropriate weekend for children, including games, crafts, movies and other fun activities. Below is just about everything you’ll need to know about bringing your children to your reunion. Please feel free to contact Jodi Rathbun at 413-229-1308 with any further questions.
CUB CLUB
The Cub Club is for children ages 3 months – 6 years with child-friendly meals and snacks, and careful supervision. Children 6 and under will be located at Berkshire’s own daycare facility, Undermountain Child Care, and cared for by our Undermountain Child Care employees.
BEAR CLUB
The Bear Club is for children ages 7 – 12 years. This group will take full advantage of the Berkshire campus and have plenty of age-appropriate activities to do. In case of inclement weather, the dorm common rooms, the Berkshire gym and the Jackman Stewart Athletic Center are available for the group’s use. Bear Club counselors will be Berkshire “Reunion Rangers,” local Berkshire graduates, current students and our own Berkshire Bear cubs (faculty kids).
Parents are responsible for drop-off and pick-up of their children at the designated location and scheduled times. This will ensure a safe and smooth transition for the coordinators.
HOURS
Saturday, June 10
8:30 a.m. – Noon
5:00 – 10:00 p.m.

Both of the Kids’ Clubs will provide an age-appropriate supper on Saturday evening. Children are welcome to accompany their parents to all other meals on campus (Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and Sunday brunch). Snacks will be provided throughout the day during both Kids’ Clubs. After online registration, parents will be sent forms via email prior to Reunion. You will be asked to advise us of any food allergies and/or medical conditions at this time.
