One of the main benefits of Berkshire School Connect is the mentoring feature. To ensure that we build a robust feature in Berkshire School Connect, the buttons are prechecked. However, it takes just a few seconds to uncheck them based on your comfort level. You can check as many or as few as you like.
What will Berkshire School do with my personal information that I list in Berkshire School Connect?
Any updated information contained in your Berkshire School Connect profile will be used to update the information Berkshire School currently has for you in your constituent profile.
Is Berkshire School Connect mobile-friendly?
Yes. Berkshire School Connect was designed to ensure optimal viewing on all devices, including desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, and more.
Does Berkshire School Connect have an alumni mapping feature?
Yes. Users can view members of the community in a given geographical area using the mapping feature.
Is Berkshire School Connect available as an app?
Yes. It is currently available on Google Play and the App Store.
Does Berkshire School have a search feature?
Yes. Users can search by name, grad year, degree, key word, and more.
Can anyone access Berkshire School Connect?
No. Users that have an email address that matches the email address listed in Berkshire's database can automatically log into Berkshire School Connect. All other users must be authenticated by the Berkshire School administrator before they can access Berkshire School Connect. The approval process takes 24-48 hours.

What are the benefits of logging in with LinkedIn or Facebook?
Logging in with LinkedIn or Facebook speeds up the login process. This option allows you to easily connect profiles you've already set up through the other social platforms. This also allows you to see what other members in your social networks are using our platform, as well as invite your fellow members to join Berkshire School Connect if they have not already done so.
I updated my information, but it's not appearing that way in my profile.
You must click the "save" button when you are finished with updating your profile.
I recently updated my information on my Facebook or LinkedIn account. How do I update this information in my Berkshire School Connect profile?
When logged into the platform, click on your profile image at the top right hand side of the page. Then, click the "settings" icon, select the "account" tab, and click on "re-sync" to sync your accounts.
What if I don't have a LinkedIn or Facebook account?
You can log in using an email address. If it is an email address we already have on file, you will be automatically approved. If we don't have the updated contact information, your approval will be pending, and the advancement office will verify your information. You should receive approval notice within one business day.
