Andrea Bowler - Director of College Counseling

We hope this email finds you all well and, like us, excited to be nearing the conclusion of the college process for the talented Class of 2026 as you ready yourselves for their well-deserved graduation from Berkshire on Friday, May 22!

We write simply with a final reminder to ensure that your child has successfully deposited at a college or university before the May 1 deadline.  Students that have already deposited at a college need to withdraw their other applications. The process for securing a student’s place next fall is straightforward:

Students must submit their deposit payment and complete any required enrollment forms. This is most often completed through the student’s applicant portal.  Most colleges and universities accept a variety of forms of online payment.

Students may only deposit at one college or university. Depositing at more than one college or university could lead to all offers of admission being withdrawn. Students wishing to remain on a waitlist at another school(s) or exploring the possibility of a gap year program must still deposit at one of their acceptances in order to ensure a spot.

Please follow up with your child’s college counselor if you have any questions. We are so very proud of all our Sixth Formers’ achievements and accomplishments, and we look forward to seeing all of you at the end of May!
