The Art Department is very excited to announce that we had a record number of student artworks (32) honored by the Scholastic Art Awards this year. In spite of the pandemic and several weeks of virtual classes last spring and this fall, our students created a really rich and varied body of work. In fact, many of the winning pieces are directly inspired by pandemic-related experiences and emotions.

In addition to the Gold Keys, Silver Keys and Honorable Mentions, we are thrilled that one of our students received a special "Best in Category" prize over hundreds of other Massachusetts entries. William Kim '24, a third former from Seoul, South Korea won the "Mixed Media" honor for his mixed media painting entitled "Into The Storm."

Congratulations to all our award winners! To view the SmugMug gallery, click here.
