Two Bears will play in next month’s High School All-American Boys Soccer game in Orlando, Florida.

Berkshire teammates Ugochukwu Achara ’19 and Jacob Shaffelburg ’19 were among 19 players recently selected to represent the East squad in the game against top players representing the West on Dec. 1.

This season, Shaffelburg (Nova Scotia, Canada) and Achara (Enugu, Nigeria) have guided Berkshire to a 15-0 record and recognition as the top-ranked prep team in the country. The Bears are expected to compete for the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) Class A championship when the playoffs begin on Nov. 14.

The All-American game will be webstreamed live at www.highschoolsoccerallamerican.com.
