On Saturday, the Berkshire Bears faced Kent School for the second time in a week. Last Saturday, the Bears lost to Kent and this week they were looking for a little payback. Coach Anderson and Coach Moodey stressed the way to beat Kent's pressure defense to the team before the game and the Bears took to the floor with those comments ringing in their ears. Haden Cosman, who has been steadily improving all year while also leading the team in intensity, helped the Bears right from the beginning with hustle and multiple rebounds. His hard play helped inspire the others as the Bears slowly took control of the game. Justin Donawa contributed ten big points and an almost dunk, while Ras Steinreuck slashed through the lane on the way to a team-leading 12 points. Sam Clougherhelped dominate the paint area and Jae Seung Lee played lock-down defense throughout the game. The Bears won the game 45-32. The win pushes the Bear's record to 7-2. Next up for Berkshire is Gunnery next Wednesday at home.
