Tee time was set for 2 pm at Wyantenuck Country Club on a beautiful April day against Kingswood and Williston. The Berkshire team showed some improvement in this 18 hole match but it was not enough to beat either team today as both teams had three players break 80 with a medalist score of 72 which is tough to beat at any level. Edeline Loh was the low score for Berkshire with an 80, followed by Henry Manley and George Blinick's 84’s with the other two scores in the 90’s. Better days are coming as the course is finally greening up, the grass is growing, the greens are perfect, the days are warmer, and all the fairways are in good shape. Now the hope is that play will improve for Wednesday’s match against Canterbury and Millbrook.
