Berkshire hosted Suffield on Wednesday afternoon. Berkshire again jumped out to an early lead, cementing the doubles point with fine play at #2 Busby/Webb and #3 Wilson/Kreke. #1 Clougher/Dunham distanced themselves from Suffield at the end and won before a tiebreaker was need. Nice job with the doubles boys.

Berkshire continued their fast start when an unfortunate retirement at #3 singles allowed PJ Webb ’15 to earn the W. Smart and steady play by #6 Austin Brandt ’14 earned him his first varsity win. After dropping the opening game, #2 Sam Clougher won 12 straight games to defeat the talented senior from Suffield. Final score: Berkshire 6 – Suffield 1. Berkshire hosts NMH on Saturday at 3:00 pm.
