This is an exciting time in Berkshire Softball history. In 2007, our brand new softball field was completed, incorporating a top-of-the-line drainage system and a spectacular view. In January 2009, Berkshire opened a phenomenal state-of-the-art multipurpose athletic center, featuring a weight room, track, cardio machines, and an athletic training and physical therapy facility that puts many small colleges to shame.  In 2010, we captured the Western New England Tournament championship - click here to read more. 

Berkshire Softball is a member of The Western New England Softball Association, which was founded by former Berkshire Softball Coach Bill Gulotta twenty-one years ago. The Bears have won the A division title once and the B division title twice in that span. In five out of the last eight years, we have played in the Association Tournament that includes the top four schools in each division. We love softball at Berkshire, and compete well against tough competition on the varsity, as well as the junior varsity level.
