Assistant Coach: Dana Anselmi
Dana Anselmi | profile
Dana joined the Berkshire community in the fall of 2010 after a four-year admission and coaching career at nearby Westminster School. Prior to Westminster, Dana worked in a similar capacity at Santa Catalina School in Monterey, CA. The lure of the mountains, the emphasis on environmental stewardship, and the dynamic leadership at Berkshire were driving forces in her relocation.
In addition to her admission responsibilities, Dana serves as an advisor, a dorm parent in Crispin-Gordon-Rose, an assistant ice hockey coach, and the head girls’ lacrosse coach. From her experience as a student-athlete at St. Paul’s School and Middlebury College, Dana believes that team sports are central to every educational experience. She has worked at many camps, coached summer club teams, and traveled to an orphanage in Tanzania with a bundle of lacrosse sticks to spread the love of the game.
In her free time, Dana enjoys listening to music, hiking, and skiing, and she has traveled all over the world pursuing these passions. She hopes to one day set foot on every continent.
