On a cloudy day at Hotchkiss, the Bears were defeated by a very strong Hotchkiss team and we wish them well for the rest of what should be a very interesting season for the Bearcats.  Avon's team was defeated by Hotchkiss but they cruised past us with a solid effort..  Dylan O'Connor '14 finished 10th out of 103 runners, and first for Berkshire, in a gutsy run as he was surrounded by the opposition throughout the 3.06 mile hilly course on the golf links that surround the Hotchkiss School.  Sasha Pdolsky '13, who finished second for the Bears and 19th in the race, displayed heart as he ran better than he has previously this season. The top seven finishers were Peter Giordano '15: 21st, Derrick Burt '16: 23rd, James Donovan '16: 24th  , Cody Turner '13: 25th and Alex Fuller '13:  31st.
